Optional student device insurance invoices are active in PARENT PORTAL for all K-12 students beginning 8/12/24 and will auto delete on 9/11/24.
ALL MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL families may purchase insurance through 9/30/24 using the Purchase & Pay feature. Directions to pay are below.

Volusia Assistance & Prevention Education
The Volusia Assistance & Prevention Education Program aims to address the rising issue of substance abuse by offering students comprehensive support and educational resources. By enhancing awareness among students and parents about the risks and repercussions of substance abuse, we seek to foster a more informed and cautious community. Our program will deliver factual information about the lasting impacts of substance abuse, emphasizing the importance of timely intervention to decrease the recurrence of such behaviors. Our goal is to create a supportive environment that promotes healthier choices and long-term wellbeing for all students.

Kindergarten Registration
Essential Information for kindergarten registration and required documents:
- Student must be five years old on or before September 1 to begin kindergarten.
- Student's original birth certificate (not hospital certificate)
- Immunization record signed by a physician (HRS 680 form)
- Florida Physical form (DH3040) signed by a licensed Florida medical authority and completed within one year of registration date
- Student's Social Security Card
- TWO proofs of residence (e.g. lease, power bill, water bill / UTILITIES MUST BE DATED WITHIN THE LAST 30 DAYS)
- Parent/Guardian driver’s license/identification
Income Verification Form
The purpose of this form is to determine eligibility for income based programs and benefits. If your family wishes to be considered for services that are based on income, please complete this form and submit it online. If you have a direct certification letter that was mailed to your home, you do not need to complete this form. The letter can serve as income verification.
