Parent Portal - Focus Information

Dear Families,

The Parent Consent for Health Services form has moved to an online format and is now available in the Parent Portal on Focus. This form is required for all students, even if you submitted a paper Emergency Card earlier this school year.

Please take a moment to log in to the Parent Portal and review the form. Additional details and reminders will be shared when we return in January 2026.

Thank you for your attention to this important update and for helping us keep your child safe and well cared for.
