Agendas and Meeting Information

School Board meetings are open to the public and held in the Board Room of the DeLand Administrative Complex, 200 North Clara Avenue, DeLand, Florida. Please see the chart below for specific types of meetings, dates, and times. School Board agendas are shared with the public seven days before the meeting.  Click here for upcoming school board meeting information.

Workshop/Work Sessions usually begin at 1:00 pm and provide a time for presentations and board discussions.

Consent Sessions usually begin at 4:30 pm and are held as needed for consent agenda items.  Time will be provided for public comment on any consent agenda item before a vote is called for approval of the consent agenda.

Regular Sessions usually begin at 4:30 pm and have a full agenda.  These are meetings where the public may fill out a card to express an opinion on any matter related to education during a time reserved for public comment.
