Volusia County Schools and Volusia United Educators Instructional Settle Contract

DELAND—Volusia County Schools and Volusia United Educators (VUE) have reached an agreement related to Teacher Salary Increase Allocation (TSIA) funding.

The agreement includes approximately an additional $611,111 in funding on top of the previously allocated $4 million, reinforcing the district’s commitment to attracting and retaining high-quality educators while recognizing the dedication of current employees. Eligible employees may submit verification of Florida teaching experience to human resources prior to September 2, 2026.

16 to 20 Years $2,200
21 to 25 Years $2,600
26 Years and Up $3,000
