Election of Chair and Vice Chair 

• Ruben Colón was elected to serve as Chair for the ensuing one-year period.

• Krista Goodrich was elected to serve as Vice Chair for the ensuing one-year period.

The meeting was called to order at 12:52 pm by Dr. Carmen J. Balgobin, Superintendent of Schools.

Election of Officers

• Ruben Colón was elected to serve as the President of the Volusia County School Board Leasing Corporation. 

• Krista Goodrich was elected to serve as the Vice President of the Volusia County School Board Leasing Corporation. 

• Dr. Carmen J. Balgobin was elected to serve as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Volusia County School Board Leasing Corporation.
