Is your teaching certificate expiring June 30, 2027? If so, it’s time to look at your credit bank in MyPGS. Not sure how to view your in-service/ESE credits to renew? You may find this click sheet useful. A total of 120 credits is needed for renewal. Based on what certifications are on your certificate will determine how many credits in each bank will be required. An example below shows someone that is required to have the 40-hr reading credits:
80 in-service would be needed 40 credits for the 40-hr reading requirement would be needed
= 120 needed for renewal
Training hours cannot be used to renewal certification.
