Apply for Home Education through Volusia County Schools

Volusia County Schools is pleased to announce that parents and legal guardians can now submit a Notice of Intent to Establish a Home Education Program online.

The online application provides a faster and more convenient way to enroll your student in the Home Education Program. Once your Notice of Intent is submitted and received by the Home Education Office, the submission date will serve as your student's official enrollment date.

Parents are responsible for maintaining a portfolio of records and materials as required by Florida law and for submitting an annual educational evaluation on or before the one-year anniversary of the enrollment date, unless participating in the VFLEX+ program.
