All prospective Vendors are encouraged to register for VendorLink in order to view, download and be notified of current and future opportunities in the District. If you have already registered with VendorLink, proceed to login.

Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor for the Volusia County School district. Below pertains to prospective vendors and to existing vendors for our school district. The documents are needed for us to establish your company as an approved supplier or to update your existing profile in our Oracle purchasing system.
Submit all relevant documentation TO: Purchasing@volusia.k12.fl.us
- The VENDOR APPLICATION and UPDATE form shall be completed and submitted by all new vendors and by existing vendors whose supplier profile is out-of-date or incomplete.
- The IRS FORM W-9 (most current) shall be completed and submitted by ALL new vendors, no exceptions. Submit your W-9 together with the other documents, attached to the same email.
- The DRUG FREE WORKPLACE CERTIFICATION is used strictly for those vendors that are coming unto District property or that will have direct interaction with students.
- JLA CLEARANCE: Vendors who will have direct interaction with students must first contact our Professional Standards office to become JLA cleared/badged: https://www.vcsedu.org/professional-standards/jessica-lunsford-act-jla
