Custodial Services Department
Mission
The Custodial Services Department is dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all students, staff, and visitors. We strive to support the educational mission of the school district by ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and conducive to learning. Our team is committed to excellence, sustainability, and continuous improvement in all aspects of our work.
Services:
- Daily Cleaning: Regular cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas.
- Sanitization: Disinfection of high-touch surfaces and areas to maintain a healthy environment.
- Waste Management: Collection and disposal of trash and recycling materials.
- Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and periodic deep cleaning of floors.
- Maintenance Support: Reporting and assisting with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Event Setup and Cleanup: Preparing facilities for school events and ensuring they are clean afterward.
- Restocking Supplies: Ensuring that restrooms and other areas are stocked with necessary supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Outdoor Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas, including playgrounds, parking lots, and walkways.
- Emergency Response: Addressing urgent cleaning needs and spills promptly.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Implementing eco-friendly practices and promoting recycling and energy-saving measures.
