Notice of Intent to Purchase Real Property
Notice is hereby given that the School Board of Volusia County, Florida, will have a public meeting on December 12, 2023, at 4:30 PM at 200 N. Clara Ave., DeLand, Florida. An agenda of the meeting will be published and available prior to the meeting at 200 N. Clara Ave., DeLand, Florida.
If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the school board with respect to any matter considered at said meeting, he will need to record the proceedings and, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the Office of the Superintendent at (386) 734-7190, ext. 20210, at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
