Project Oversight Committee
The use of the half-cent sales tax is overseen by a Project Oversight Committee, made up of dedicated community members who do not work for the school district but help ensure the funds are used in pre-approved projects and initiatives where they will make the most impact.
Project Oversight Committee meets quarterly except in the summer. The meetings are held at Facilities Services, 3750 Olson Drive, Daytona Beach, Fl in Workroom 2 (old Bid Conference Room) from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The Annual Report is presented to the School Board at the 2nd meeting in September.
