Enrollment and School Registration activities are highly regulated by Florida statutory rules and regulations.  This coupled with the daunting task of processing hundreds of student enrollment and registration records each year proves to be a monumental task.  It is extremely important that the processes are performed in a timely manner to support the families and enable the school to prepare the appropriate services for the students.  Likewise, it is critical for the data to be accurate and complete so that all stakeholders have the information they need to fulfil their role in serving the students and families.  

To support these initiatives the following services are provided:

  • Online Student Enrollment form to aid the capture of valid and complete data for the new student enrollment
  • Online Back to School forms to aid in the capture of required information and permissions relating to Student Contact updates, School consents, parental  acknowledgements and requests, etc
  • The online forms provide the parent the opportunity for convenient completion of required forms from the comfort of their home or even from their mobile device negating the need to travel to the school site
  • The online forms also provide efficiencies for the Registrar as they manage the review and approval of the forms.  Reports are provided as tools to verify form completion and to aid in the identification of groups of parents that may need follow up assistance.  Reports also quickly provide summary data for completion rates for school administration
  • Workflows and auto-email triggers aid in communicating the status of online forms management with the parent and registrar
  • Our SIS staff also monitors the online form management to come along side the School Registrar to ensure they have the tools, training and support then need to accomplish their tasks in a timely manner
  • Regular training efforts are provided throughout the year.  Technical Assistance Papers are made available to demonstrate workflow and operational steps.
  • Our SIS Enrollment Specialist is actively involved in the daily processes and needs of the School Registrars, involved district departments and parent feedback and reports needs and challenges to the SIS team so that supports can be put in place to meet needs and enhance the experience for all stakeholders.
