Four Working Groups:

Development & Database Administration – Supports all Focus SIS feature implementations, custom programming, software integrations, and data warehouse management.

State Reporting – Manages compliance with all Federal and State requirements by working with district and school personnel throughout the year. This includes Enrollment & Registration, Attendance, Discipline and a variety of Special Programs.

Master Scheduling and Class Size – Supports the Master Scheduling process by establishing timelines and deadlines and reviewing procedures, processes, and data regularly. This includes the review of class size, Teacher Certification, Master School ID (MSID) coordination with the FLDOE, and grade reporting processes.

Student Information Support – They provide elevated support for SIS users regarding their daily work. They also ensure timely and accurate communication is shared with district and school users throughout the year regarding important seasonal processes that occur. They work closely with the rest of the team to ensure they are informed of new requirements, strategies, and implementations.
