New Focus ERP Implementation

The new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for VCS was selected in December of 2023. Implementation began in March of 2024. Implementation is in two phases over two years. Phase one was about configuring the data and system to begin use for payroll, benefits, and other human resources systems.
