Business Applications Team

• Support ERP software used for administrative tasks like payroll, budgeting, human resources, and facilities management. 
• Help streamline operations with technology to save time and resources for educators and administrators.
• Develops custom in-house business applications for the district when necessary. 
• Integrates different systems to ensure seamless communication and reporting capability. 

Three Working Groups:

Finance - supports the VCS Finance Services Division including the Budgeting, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Internal Accounts, and Professional Standards Departments with the Focus ERP, JLA Vendor Clearance, and other software systems.

Human Resources - supports the VCS Human Resources Division including the Applicant Processing, Payroll, Benefits, Retention & Recruitment, and Employee Performance Departments with Focus ERP, MyPGS, SmartFind Express, and other software systems. 

Operations - supports the VCS Transportation, Facilities & Maintenance, and School Way Cafe Departments with AiM, Transman, Fuelmaster, VEOTrans, Where's The Bus, and other software systems.
