Business Applications Team

• Support ERP software used for administrative tasks like payroll, budgeting, human resources, and facilities management. 
• Help streamline operations with technology to save time and resources for educators and administrators.
• Develops custom in-house business applications for the district when necessary. 
• Integrates different systems to ensure seamless communication and reporting capability. 

Three Working Groups:

Finance - supports the VCS Finance, Budgeting, Purchasing, and Professional Standards Departments with Oracle, Focus ERP, JLA Vendor Clearance, and other software systems.

Human Resources - supports the VCS HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Professional Learning Departments with CrossPointe, MyPGS, SearchSoft, SmartFind Express, and other custom applications such as the ePortal. 

Operations - supports the VCS Transportation, Facilities & Maintenance, School Way Cafe with TimeClock Plus, AiM, Transman, VEOTrans, Where's The Bus, and other custom applications.
