Budgeting and Procurement

The ITS Division Office manages the purchasing of hardware, software, and other technology on behalf of ITS and other divisions, departments, and schools. All technology purchases should be approved by ITS before contracts are finalized and purchases are made to ensure compatibility with district systems, cyber security, warranties, legal requirements, and more. Large procurements are made through a structured request for proposals or request for bids process. Vendors should contact the VCS Finance Division's Purchasing Department for proper procedures when soliciting business from ITS.
