Student Device Check Out and Collection Procedures

ITS Field Services assists schools in checking out devices in August and Collecting them back in May. In elementary schools, this is done by classroom cart. In secondary schools, this is usually done by device and assigned student with the exception of some middle schools. Schools should following the procedures below to check out and collect devices. If needed, contact your Field Services assigned site technician for assistance. The procedures for both checking out and collecting a student device are found in the Student Device Procedures Manual. It is very important that these procedures be followed carefully as they affect our inventory, cyber security, and ability to supply our schools with the technology they need.
