Vendors
Volusia County Public Schools is seeking information from qualified firms to provide travel agency and tour operator services during educational and extracurricular out-of-state and international field studies on an as-needed basis.
To become a pre-qualified Vendor, print the Application and return it with the required attachments to the Purchasing Department:

Additional travel agencies and tour operators may be added any time to the existing list of qualified travel agencies and tour operators.
Schools
A list of pre-qualified travel agencies and tour operator are available below for out-of-state and international field trips. Schools and Departments shall contact the pre-qualified travel agencies and tour operators to secure a quote for specific travel services.

Disclaimer
If insurance information on website shows certificate will expire prior to the date of your event, you may still contract with the approved vendor, however, it will be your responsibility to verify that the required insurance has been renewed and is in full force and effect on the day of your scheduled event. You can verify this information on our Purchasing website, or with the Purchasing Department, prior to your scheduled event.
