Field Trips
Below is a list of qualified firms to provide travel agency and tour operator services during educational and extracurricular out-of-state and international field studies. Additional travel agencies and tour operators may be added to the existing list of qualified travel agencies and tour operators.
To become a pre-qualified Vendor, print the Application and return it with the required attachments to the Procurement Department via email: purchasing@volusia.k12.fl.us
Schools and Departments shall contact the pre-qualified travel agencies and tour operators to secure a quote for specific travel services.

Disclaimer: If insurance information on website shows certificate will expire prior to the date of your event, you may still contract with the approved vendor, however, it will be your responsibility to verify that the required insurance has been renewed and is in full force and effect on the day of your scheduled event.
