Deland, Fl. – Click Orlando News recently featured George Marks Elementary Fourth Grade Teacher Leticia Polike with a Getting Results Award for her innovative ways of teaching students about volunteering. Her students volunteer for 3 hours every Monday and Friday and help organize their classroom for the week. The fourth graders take pride in their volunteer work and enjoy contributing to an efficient classroom. Congratulations, Ms. Polike, for leading our students to become tomorrow’s leaders!
